1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.

4. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was caused by JuneSkin.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

JuneSkin is not responsible for lost return packages.
